Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Gut Logic does NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookie-Based Tracking on Our Website

When you consent to Marketing cookies on our site, some data (such as browsing activity and device information) may be shared with advertising platforms like Meta to help us measure content performance.

You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time. To do so, click the cookie settings icon (lower left corner of any page) or the "modify preferences" option to reopen the consent banner, where you can withdraw or modify your consent. If you do not see this icon, your browser may already be blocking third-party cookies, in which case this data is not shared.

Server-Side Conversion Tracking

When you make a purchase through an affiliate link on our website, the transaction is processed by a third-party retailer - either Digistore24 or ClickBank, depending on the product. These retailers transmit purchase conversion data (such as hashed email addresses and transaction details) directly to Meta via server-side integrations (Meta's Conversions API). This data transmission occurs between the retailer's servers and Meta's servers - Gut Logic does not have access to this data and cannot view, modify, or delete it.

For US residents in applicable states (including California), Meta's Limited Data Use (LDU) restrictions apply to how this data is processed, limiting its use for ad targeting and measurement in accordance with state privacy laws.

How to Exercise Your Data Rights

Because purchase transaction data is handled by 3rd parties, exercising your data rights for this information requires contacting those parties directly:

For data that Gut Logic does control, such as your email address (if you've subscribed to our newsletter), you may contact us at hello@gut-logic.com to submit a request related to your data rights, including requests to access, correct, or delete your information, or the to "be forgotten" (for EU residents).

For full details on your privacy rights, please see our Privacy Policy.
